Very professional from start to finish

I found Stan through word of mouth and also spoke with five other local agents before making a decision. From our first conversation, Stan took the time to explain everything in detail and followed up with a clear email outlining the entire process and requirements. Although I initially hesitated because Stan wasn’t a local agent, and many people advised me to go local. Stan immediately put me at ease with his knowledge, professionalism, and communication. From start to finish, Stan was extremely professional and proactive. He negotiated confidently with potential buyers and ultimately achieved a great result for us.
