From the very beginning when he inspected my property, I had confidence in Stan. He gave me a realistic market value, and felt I could trust his judgment. An excellent communicator and without fail he always phoned me when he said he would. This was very important to me keeping me in the loop! Presented very well, professional, honest and prompt.
